We as a family supporting our mother living at Bickford are grateful to know she is well looked after. The staff are as helpful as our mother 'allows.' And yet, they are consistently gracious and patient. Thankful there is adequate medical care to eliminate many trips to the dr office! The managing staff is very accepting of our observations and suggestions and always responds positively. Thank you for your services and the personable care our mother receives!

Through needs for isolation care remained consistent. And there was no transmission to others. Well done. Best of all, My mother is feeling well and integrated in community and friendships.

(name removed) has recently moved into memory care and is actively dying. The staff has been terrific as we've moved into this last phase.

Mom seems to be happy and always expresses how much she loves her care givers.

There is a serious need for spiritual care.
