Although you may not always see them, our dietary team is the backbone of our day to day here in Middletown! They ensure everyone is fed 3 meals a day, and go above and beyond. Whether it’s moving their food line outside of the kitchen for an opening day cookout, assisting in cooking club, or throwing a Mexican fiesta, they give it 110%. Today has been no exception. They put out a great Easter lunch that everybody enjoyed, and individually decorated a special Easter cupcake for each resident. We are so thankful to spend this Easter with one another! Happy Easter!

We are so grateful to be apart of a community that ensures our residents are taken care of, especially on the holidays. Thank you to all of our Bickford of Middletown families, Fenwick High School, and the 3rd grade class at Hunter elementary for all of the goodies to make today just that much better! Thank you to our BFMs for getting our residents dressed in their Easter best, thank you to Grace Baptist for providing us with a wonderful Easter service this morning, and a very special thank you to our dining staff for ensuring a great Easter lunch. Stay tuned for pictures of our beautiful Easter spread. Happy Easter!

Nurses : (name removed) are the best and take special care of our mom. (name removed) is a truly amazing person who shows complete dignity and compassion for the residents. She does a fantastic job of providing events and socials for the residents. We appreciate her so much!!

Everyone was just wonderful taking care of mom after her fall. They were so helpful after I brought her back from the hospital. I felt mom was going to get all the care and attention she needed. Thanks!

Nurses: (name removed) have been awesome! (name removed) in housekeeping was amazing! Thank You to (name removed) and the other aides for being so welcoming when we come into visit Mom.

I was not notified when Covid shots were being give so my mom probably didn't get hers. Also, I had requested mom be seen by the podiatrist. I even went to Bickford to make sure mom was seen. I was then told that the podiatrist had an emergency and would reschedule. I asked to be notified of the reschedule and was not notified. Mom has been at Bickford for 9 months and hasn't been seen by the podiatrist to my knowledge. | I appreciate (name removed) prompt response to my concerns. The general attitude at Bickford seems much improved since her promotion
