We partnered with St Peter's church & Meals on Wheels! Our task is to decorate the brown paper bags. It's been a fun, creative outlet for these guys. I've also been told that some of the recipients of MOW hang the art on their refrigerators!

All help very nice and accommodating The cottage always decorated for holidays makes it more homey. Hubby says food is great and cook knows what he likes and try's to see he gets them. So glad he is enjoying his meals.

I like the new care planning meetings between staff & family. It helps us truly stay in communication with the Bickford team & unsure we are on the same page.

The staff turnover is disappointing. The current staff is excellent. My mother tells me that often activities are cancelled or no one shows up to lead them. We understand that comes with staff turnover.

Love the staff and facilities. Frustrated that there is so much turnover in management and nurses. Hoping that corporate can give better benefits or pay or whatever it takes to keep good staff. Turnover is not good for residents.
